We are the first dedicated vegan restaurant in Milfontes. Our concept is pretty simple: We cook with extra fresh fruits and vegetables from the market next door. We do one plate per day only, different every time, exploring all the things that vegan can be. Our award winning chef David Schynoll creates unique UMAMI that leaves most sceptics of non-animal cuisine confused. We even have a vegan cheese plate to go with our wines. We love love love food. And we want to keep our carbon footprint and food waste to a minimum. It's the world we want to live in.
